This was part of a multiple order. All of the items ordered were of excellent quality and I love them. That said, there was a problem with the shipping agent that caused a great deal of confusion. The shop owner went way above and beyond what was expected to rectify the issue. That was extraordinary customer service. These ornaments will make excellent gifts for myself and a friend. I will more than likely need more.
